{Positive}
I, We, They, You   →  have been playing.    
  He, She, It      →   has been playing.
 
{Negative}
I, We, They, You    →  have not been playing.    
  He, She, It         →    has not been playing.
 
{Questions}
 Have    →     I, We, They, You been playing?
  Has     →    He, She, It been playing?
 
Key words:
Since, how long, for, all day.
 
Usages:
1) An action which has just completed however we don't focus on the action itself rather the result of that action.
You are so tired. have you been working out?

2) Something has happened in the past and it continued to the present.
Mike has been living in Essex for 10 years now.
